Data and AI Operations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data and AI Operations Senior Director to lead data-driven decision-making and AI innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional alignment with key organizations to execute data & AI initiatives
• Define and lead enterprise-wide analytics and AI strategy aligned with business objectives
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to track the impact of analytics and AI initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Operations, BI, Analytics, Data Strategy, or Business Transformation
• Proven experience in scaling and managing GTM technology platforms
• Expertise in data science and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
• Strong understanding of machine learning and AI applications
