Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Data and AI Operations specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead field partnership program and manage ML training datasets
• Act as Renewals Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Data Cloud integration and ensure data cleanliness
• Collaborate with various teams to design future architectural support for AI/ML requests

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and related tools
• Experience in project management and stakeholder alignment
• Ability to evaluate ML output and guide model refinement
• Familiarity with KPI generation and executive presentations
• Knowledge of data architecture and integration best practices
