Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data and AI Platform Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage high-performing engineering teams across Data Platform and AI Platform
• Drive the transition to platform-powered AI workflows and ensure the delivery of a reliable data and AI platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical roadmaps with company strategy

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, ML/AI infrastructure, or platform engineering, with at least 3 years in an engineering management role
• Familiarity with data platforms and AI/ML platform architecture
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration
• Strong product sense with the ability to prioritize platform capabilities
• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning or agent framework development is preferred
