Data and Analytics Consultant
Job Summary
Serving as the Data Steward and lead for data-related IT initiatives, the full-time Data and Analytics Consultant will manage data governance, reporting, and research processes while coordinating with various stakeholders to enhance project outcomes and compliance within the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families.
Key responsibilities
- Direct the development and standardization of data IT-related processes across DECE
- Act as the liaison for data governance and security related to DECE program data and IT systems
- Review and improve DECE data policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance
Required qualifications
- Experience with data safeguards, stewardship, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Experience providing guidance on data infrastructure projects to stakeholders
- Proficiency in creating reports and data visualizations using data warehousing or visualization software
- Experience with Wisconsin childcare-related automated systems or similar public assistance programs
- Experience in leading and coordinating data analytics and evaluation projects
