Data and Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data & Analytics Engineer to enhance its data infrastructure and support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of core business systems and their data interconnections
• Own and evolve the full data infrastructure, including building and maintaining pipelines and integrations
• Implement data quality monitoring and establish data governance standards

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a data-focused role such as data engineering, analytics engineering, or data science
• Experience at a small or mid-stage company with a comprehensive understanding of data systems
• Proficiency in SQL, dbt, and Snowflake or equivalent warehouse tooling
• Experience building and optimizing ELT/ETL pipelines and understanding data warehouse architecture
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
