Data and Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
To support the growth of a healthcare platform, the full-time Data and Analytics Engineer will manage the analytics layer, reporting and BI systems, and production systems while partnering with the engineering team to ensure data integrity and performance in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain dbt models and business logic for metrics and workflows
- Ensure system uptime and integrity by managing production systems and resolving issues promptly
- Develop dashboards and collaborate with business teams to define and measure key metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Fluency in dbt and Python
- Hands-on experience with healthcare datasets and interoperability frameworks like FHIR and HL7
- Experience owning production systems and resolving issues as they arise
- Solid understanding of business fundamentals to effectively partner with managers in defining metrics
