Data and Analytics Manager

Job Summary

To support a large research portfolio, the full-time remote Data and Analytics Manager will lead a dedicated team in data management and analysis for over 65 active multi-site research studies, ensuring compliance, quality control, and timely execution of research activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of the data management and analytics team, ensuring productivity and professional growth
• Maintain oversight of data capture, management, and analysis compliance across clinical research studies while effectively delegating tasks
• Act as the subject matter expert in high-level meetings, providing guidance on data collection strategies and sharing requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, informatics, or relevant field required; Master's degree or relevant certification preferred
• 3-5 years of professional experience in clinical research data management or clinical trials required
• 1-2 years of team management or supervisory experience required
• Strong knowledge of clinical research data compliance and best practices, including FDA and IRB requirements
• Experience building complex electronic clinical research databases and proficiency in data visualization tools like PowerBI preferred
