Data and Analytics Scrum Master
Job Summary
To facilitate Agile practices and enhance team performance, the contract Data and Analytics Scrum Master will work remotely, leading Scrum ceremonies and supporting cross-functional collaboration on Data & Analytics initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead standard Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Facilitate delivery planning and execution while promoting transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Assist Product Owners in maintaining prioritized backlogs and track PI objectives, risks, and dependencies
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, or a related field
- 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or in Agile delivery
- Experience supporting Data, Analytics, Reporting, AI, or Technology teams
- Experience utilizing Jira and Agile reporting tools
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks
