Data and Analytics Specialist
Job Summary
To support the FDA enterprise learning ecosystem, the full-time remote Data and Analytics Specialist will build reporting frameworks, design interactive dashboards, and ensure data integrity while reconciling complex learning records.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee enterprise learning data integrity and compliance reporting
- Design and maintain operational dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or ServiceNow
- Validate training transcripts and generate audit-ready compliance reports for leadership
Required qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in data analytics, learning data management, or business intelligence
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, computer science, information management, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and ServiceNow analytics modules
- Experience in data validation, cross-system transcript reconciliation, and audit reporting
- Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) reporting structures and training compliance tracking
