Data and Automation Specialist

Job Summary

To support a high-growth phase, the full-time remote Data and Automation Specialist will oversee data visibility and internal automation development, building and optimizing BI dashboards and AI-assisted workflows while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract clean datasets
• Build, deploy, and maintain intuitive BI dashboards for clear visibility into key business metrics
• Identify and streamline repetitive manual tasks through automation

Required qualifications

• Proven mastery of SQL, including complex joins, aggregations, and query optimization
• Hands-on experience building business-facing reports in a major BI tool (e.g., Metabase, Power BI, Tableau)
• Demonstrated experience in building and shipping AI-assisted scripts or automation tools
• Ability to audit data structures and maintain high-integrity reporting
• Availability to work during US business hours
