Data and Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data & Business Analyst to transform data into actionable insights for business improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources including marketing funnels and financial reporting tools
• Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills
• Experience in data analysis and visualization tools; Power BI experience preferred
• Experience in a B2C marketing-driven organization is a plus
