Job Summary
Detail-oriented and skilled in data management, the full-time remote Data and CRM Specialist will manage and maintain accurate data across platforms, leveraging advanced Excel and CRM expertise while collaborating with teams to enhance data processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced data manipulation and cleaning in Excel to maintain and improve data accuracy
- Manage and update client and loan records within CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Generate and distribute key reports from the CRM to support operational decision-making and compliance
Required Qualifications:
- Must be a Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills
- Proven experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM platforms
- Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and automation platforms
