Job Summary

Data and Insights Analyst is a full-time role responsible for leading the design and delivery of advanced analytics and data-driven solutions to generate business value, requiring a blend of technical expertise and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the architecture and development of scalable analytics and reporting solutions across enterprise data platforms
• Partner with stakeholders to define analytical strategies and deliver insights that drive decision-making
• Design and implement data pipelines and integrate AI/ML models into production workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/business field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics
• 4+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data engineering, or data science roles
• Proven experience delivering actionable insights from complex datasets
• Experience with modern data platforms, preferably in healthcare analytics
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong programming skills in Python or Spark
