Data and Insights Analyst

Job Summary

Working in a full-time capacity, the Data and Insights Analyst will lead the design and delivery of advanced analytics and reporting solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights while advancing modern data platforms and embedding AI/ML capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the architecture and development of scalable analytics solutions across enterprise data platforms
• Partner with business stakeholders to define analytical strategies and deliver insights that drive decision-making
• Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using modern big data and cloud technologies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/business field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics
• 4+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data engineering, or data science roles
• Proven experience delivering actionable insights from complex datasets
• Experience with modern data platforms, particularly in cloud-based environments
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong programming skills in Python or Spark
