Job Summary

Leading efforts to enhance data systems and organizational learning, the full-time salaried Data and Organizational Learning Manager will oversee Salesforce administration, develop reporting tools, and collaborate across teams to improve data quality and effectiveness, with occasional on-site requirements in Boston, MA.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of Salesforce and related data systems, ensuring effective data collection and reporting practices
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for various stakeholders, monitoring trends to support organizational planning and improvement
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and training to enhance system adoption and effective use of organizational data tools

Required qualifications

• At least 6 years of progressive experience in Salesforce administration, data systems, analytics, or related fields, including 3 years administering Salesforce
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce data model, user security, and reporting practices
• Experience in building and maintaining dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders
• Ability to design and support mixed-methods data collection and analysis
