Data and Outcomes Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing nonprofit organization, the full-time Data and Outcomes Specialist will design and implement data collection and reporting strategies that demonstrate the impact of programs while working remotely across the United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and manage data collection systems to analyze program data and measure impacts
• Lead the development of organization-wide evaluation frameworks and coordinate with program teams on measurable outcomes
• Translate evaluation findings into accessible reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Education or work experience in evaluation, social science, public policy, statistics, or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience in program evaluations and grant reporting, preferably in nonprofit settings
• Familiarity with grant reporting requirements and funder evaluation frameworks
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods and data collection instruments
• Strong written communication skills for translating complex data into clear narratives
