Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data and Reporting Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report data to support organizational decision-making and strategic initiatives
• Develop dashboards and generate recurring and ad hoc reports while ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative analysis, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Two years of experience in data compilation, analysis, reporting, and database management
• Knowledge of database management and data manipulation techniques
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience working with large datasets using Excel and other data analytics platforms
