Data and Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely from any U.S. location, the full-time Data and Reporting Analyst will support data analysis and reporting needs using tools like Tableau and Alteryx, while collaborating with business partners to enhance reporting capabilities and automate workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze end user reporting requirements in consultation with Business Analysts and end users
• Administer and maintain dashboards and reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Design, develop, test, and validate new reports and dashboards, while applying continuous improvement processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent to 8 years of relevant experience
• At least 1 year of data analysis experience, preferably in Insurance, Financial Services, or Operations Consulting
• Intermediate/advanced technical skills in Excel, Access, Business Objects, Tableau, and Alteryx
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting analyses to business partners
• Ability to work in Central or Eastern Time hours
