Data and Reporting QA Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data and Reporting Analyst to support the Revenue Operations team by ensuring the accuracy and reliability of Salesforce-driven Tableau reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance on Tableau dashboards and reports for Sales Ops and RevOps decision-making
• Validate that Tableau outputs accurately reflect Salesforce data
• Document QA findings and collaborate with teams to resolve reporting and data issues

Required Qualifications

• Comfort working with Tableau, specifically in validating and interpreting dashboards
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, including core sales objects
• Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions and working with large datasets
• Foundational understanding of SaaS sales models
• Ability to identify inconsistencies or anomalies in data
