Data and Systems Manager

Job Summary

Managing ad hoc data and reporting requests, the full-time VP - Data and Systems Manager will oversee the development and maintenance of reporting solutions, coordinate data migrations, and ensure data quality for Flagstar Financial while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Creates and supports MS SQL Reporting Services and Crystal Report packages
• Manages the data integration and migration processes while automating reporting tasks
• Collaborates with IT to align end-to-end processes and optimize database performance

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; MS SQL Certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Services or Commercial Lending
• Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and Microsoft SQL Reporting Services
• Proficiency in Visual Studio and experience with database design and optimization
