Data and Systems Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Career Network, the full-time remote Data and Systems Specialist will manage critical career technologies, oversee user access and onboarding processes in Handshake, and ensure data governance and system reliability across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain career technologies and platforms, ensuring system reliability and user access
• Drive high-quality data collection, governance, reporting, and analysis across various systems
• Collaborate with diverse teams to interpret data needs and provide actionable recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with up to 2 years of related experience in data management or analytics
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and large datasets
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite and data reporting applications
• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment and ethics
