Job Summary

A company is looking for a CX Data & WFM Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Run daily KPI health checks and own automated volume-spike alerting
• Produce trend analyses and executive-ready reports for leadership
• Design and maintain Tableau dashboards and manage workforce forecasting

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Data team
• Strong proficiency in Tableau or comparable BI tools
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• English proficiency
