Data Architect

Job Summary

To support enterprise-wide technology solutions, the full-time remote Data Architect will drive data maturity, design the enterprise data strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data management services effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively define, implement, and mature data management services to solve business problems
• Communicate complex data concepts to diverse audiences and maintain the Kiewit Business Information Model
• Collaborate with integration, development, and operations teams to establish data persistence requirements and improve processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of experience in data management capabilities, including data architecture and data quality
• Proven ability to mentor team members and enhance data literacy within the organization
• Experience with ER Studio, Visio, MS Office, Azure DevOps, and SQL query tools
• Program or project management experience leading data-centric initiatives is a plus
