Data Architect
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Databricks Architect to support the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Multidimensional Information Data Analytics System (MIDAS) Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of data models and metadata repositories for MIDAS analytics
- Collaborate with teams to define data ingestion and transformation strategies aligned with CMS requirements
- Support the development of AWS-based data architecture solutions and maintain integration and cleansing layers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in data architecture and enterprise analytics solutions
- Experience with AWS cloud data tools and proficiency in Databricks
- Strong experience with relational databases and ETL/ELT development
- Knowledge of data governance and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
