Data Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Architect to design and implement a modern data warehouse solution leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of a scalable data warehouse solution using GCP and Snowflake
• Develop and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and integrations for large, complex datasets
• Define data modeling standards, governance practices, and performance tuning strategies for analytics workloads

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in data engineering or data architecture roles
• Deep expertise in Snowflake and Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub)
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL development for enterprise-scale data warehouses
• Hands-on experience using Fivetran for data ingestion pipelines in modern data architectures
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications in GCP or Snowflake preferred
