A company is looking for a Data Architect to define and deliver its global data strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute data strategy to align initiatives with organizational priorities
• Lead and scale the data team, managing hiring and development
• Deliver analytics and insights, translating data into recommendations for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of experience, including 2 in a data architect role and 5 as a data engineer
• Strong background in data architecture and platforms
• Proven team leadership experience of 3-5+ years
• Experience with Azure data stack, Microsoft Fabric, and Dynamics
• Fluent English required
