Job Summary

To support data-driven initiatives, the full-time remote Data Architect will design and implement scalable, high-performance data architectures while collaborating with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to optimize modern data platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data architectures across cloud and hybrid environments
• Define and enforce data modeling standards and build enterprise data pipelines to support analytics
• Lead architecture decisions for data storage solutions and ensure compliance with data governance and security requirements

Required qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture, with 5+ years in modern data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data processing frameworks
• 3+ years of experience with cloud-based data architectures, preferably in Microsoft Azure
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code practices
