Job Summary

Leading the design and configuration of Snowflake applications, the full-time Senior Data Architect will leverage over 12 years of data domain experience to architect Snowflake projects and optimize performance through advanced features.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build Snowflake architecture, serving as the primary point of contact for related projects
• Utilize advanced Snowflake concepts for data sharing, performance tuning, and security control methods
• Write and optimize SQL queries while integrating data virtualization tools and managing data lakes on Cloudera Data Platform

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in the data domain with 3-5 years specifically in Snowflake
• In-depth understanding of Snowflake architecture and advanced features
• Extensive experience with SQL query writing and tuning
• Hands-on experience with data virtualization tools such as Starburst and Denodo
• Experience with the Hadoop ecosystem and building data lakes
