Job Summary

Leading the execution of the enterprise data strategy, the full-time Data Architect will design, develop, and maintain data architecture while collaborating with business and technical teams in a hybrid work environment based in Johnston, IA.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise data architecture, including databases, data warehouses, and ETL processes
• Define and execute the organization's long-term data architecture strategy and standards
• Partner with stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights and analytics solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Snowflake, including data modeling and integration
• Advanced expertise in data architecture, governance, and ETL processes across various data environments
• Proven ability to analyze complex requirements and develop data-driven solutions
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills with the ability to influence teams
