Data Architect

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Data Architect for a full-time hybrid role responsible for leading cloud and data modernization initiatives, designing scalable data architecture solutions, and optimizing data systems for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance canonical and semantic data models to ensure cross-enterprise data interoperability
• Design and implement data architecture patterns for real-time streaming solutions using Kafka
• Collaborate with product owners and data engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable data models

Required qualifications:

• Significant experience with canonical data modeling and enterprise-wide conceptual/logical/physical modeling
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, including event modeling and real-time pipeline architecture
• Proficiency in AWS data services (S3, Redshift, Glue, EMR, Lambda) and Snowflake
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT design and distributed data systems
• AWS certification (Solutions Architect, Data Analytics Specialty, etc.) is preferred
