Data Architect

Job Summary

To support the evolution of a next-generation integrated care platform, the contract Data Architect will design, implement, and govern enterprise data architecture remotely, ensuring secure and high-performing data solutions across clinical, operational, financial, and analytical systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data architecture for the Integrated Care Solution (ICS) platform
• Architect scalable data platforms and oversee ETL/ELT processes to manage data across enterprise systems
• Establish data governance standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic objectives into data solutions

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise data platforms and architectures
• Strong experience with Azure Data Platform technologies, including Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics
• Proficient in Python and experienced in creating and utilizing HTTP web service APIs
• Deep understanding of data modeling methodologies and experience with business intelligence platforms like Tableau
• Healthcare data management experience is required
