Job Summary

Leading the technical vision and architectural strategy, the full-time Data Architect will define data modeling frameworks for an enterprise data platform, focusing on healthcare data integration and governance within a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern the overall data architecture roadmap on the Snowflake platform, establishing technical standards and integration patterns
• Design and standardize a multi-layered data architecture and core data modeling patterns tailored for complex healthcare datasets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex healthcare business requirements into scalable architectural blueprints

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or Data Platform roles, with a proven track record in cloud data platforms
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake, including designing and optimizing enterprise data solutions
• Strong expertise in Medallion Architecture design patterns and cloud data warehouse principles
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and deep experience with Python for data platform automation and API integrations
• Understanding of healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, PHI) and implementing security frameworks in Snowflake
