Job Summary

To unify reporting platforms and enhance analytics capabilities, the full-time remote Data Architect will define and lead the enterprise data architecture for Cordance Commerce, collaborating with various teams to create a scalable and reliable data platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the target-state data architecture and roadmap for a unified reporting and analytics platform
• Assess current databases and reporting tools, documenting dependencies and migration constraints
• Define a shared enterprise data model and establish data governance practices across core entities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering, including 3+ years in a data architecture role
• Demonstrated experience designing enterprise data warehouses or analytical platforms
• Strong data-modeling expertise across conceptual, logical, and physical models
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL, relational databases, and ETL/ELT patterns
