Data Architect Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Data Architect Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, the full-time remote position will lead the architecture and delivery of modern data platforms, focusing on scalable solutions and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-scale data platforms using the Medallion Architecture framework
• Translate complex business requirements into robust data platform designs, including ingestion, transformation, and real-time analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver proof-of-concepts and production-grade implementations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data platform roles
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and its components
• Strong proficiency with Delta Lake format and experience designing star schemas for BI consumption
• Proficiency with PySpark and experience integrating Azure Data Factory for ingestion pipelines
• Experience leading enterprise client engagements as a principal or senior consultant
