Data Architect - Snowflake
Job Summary
To support innovative healthcare data solutions, the remote Data Architect - Snowflake will design and optimize Population Health data products while leveraging Snowflake and dbt, focusing on provider claims analytics and performance improvement initiatives on a C2C contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize Population Health data products using Snowflake and dbt
- Develop scalable solutions to support risk contracts and outcomes measurement utilizing the Milliman MedInsight Transport Database
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust data architectures and lead as the healthcare provider claims SME
Required qualifications
- Senior/Architect-level data engineering experience
- Deep provider-side healthcare claims analytics expertise
- Strong understanding of Population Health, Risk Adjustment, and Value-Based Care programs
- Proven experience designing solutions in Snowflake
- Advanced dbt skills, including reusable models and data transformations
