Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain analytic-ready datasets and lead development of enterprise DataMarts
• Build and optimize data pipelines, integrating data from multiple sources and automating workflows
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau and Power BI, and leverage AI for advanced analytics

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering within Epic healthcare
• Proven experience in designing analytic-ready datasets and enterprise DataMarts
• Hands-on experience with data lake platforms such as Databricks, Azure Data Lake, or Snowflake
• Strong SQL skills for data transformations across large datasets
• Experience with Python for data processing and analytics workflows
