Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the future-state data platform strategy and lead the consolidation of fragmented data environments into a scalable Databricks platform
• Establish architecture and governance to support reliable reporting, analytics, and AI use cases
• Partner across business units to create a more connected data foundation while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on technical execution

Required Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience in Databricks, including architecture, governance, and platform management
• Experience in modernizing enterprise data platforms in complex, multi-system environments
• Strong understanding of data architecture, transformation lifecycles, and platform connectivity
• Ability to enable AI use cases through a well-structured, scalable data foundation
• Background in HVAC, field services, or service-based industries is highly valuable
