Job Summary

Data Architecture Director, oversees the future-state data platform strategy, leading the consolidation of fragmented data environments into a scalable Databricks platform in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for the future-state data platform and support the transition to Databricks in AWS
• Establish architecture and governance for reliable reporting, analytics, and AI use cases
• Collaborate with various business units to create a cohesive data foundation while executing hands-on technical tasks

Required Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with Databricks, including architecture and platform management
• Experience in modernizing enterprise data platforms in complex environments
• Strong understanding of data architecture and transformation lifecycles
• Ability to enable AI use cases through a structured data foundation
• Background in HVAC, field services, or service-based industries is preferred
