Data Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Associate to support critical data operations for sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process vendor, payment, and spend data using Excel-based tools
• Review, cleanse, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Manage assigned data workflows and partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, financial technology, or a related analytical role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and data validation techniques
• Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets accurately
• Self-starter who is organized and comfortable working independently
• Exposure to Python or other data tools is a plus, but not required
