Data Associate, Marketing Analytics

Job Summary

Seeking a self-directed Data Associate, Marketing Analytics, the full-time position will focus on owning end-to-end analytics work, building and maintaining Snowflake/dbt models and Periscope dashboards, and diagnosing drop-off drivers using SQL and Python, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the monitoring of key funnel metrics through reports and dashboards, diagnosing deviations and driving to root cause with minimal guidance
• Analyze defined business problems using SQL and Python, quantify drop-off drivers, and deliver actionable recommendations
• Build and maintain dbt data models in Snowflake and Periscope dashboards to enhance marketing reporting and visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of experience with data analytics
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases
• Proficiency in Python
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with AI/LLM tools while independently verifying their output
