Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Assurance Lead in the Customer Service Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure adherence to service standards and compliance
  • Collect, validate, and analyze customer service data to design and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer experience, quality assurance, or customer service leadership
  • Strong working knowledge of customer service metrics and quality assurance methodologies
  • User Interface and SQL experience
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software, especially Microsoft Excel
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
