Data Capability Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Capability Leader who will architect and drive data capability within the Digital Solutions group.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute a comprehensive talent strategy for the data discipline
• Define and execute the development strategy aligned with the firm's Digital Solutions vision
• Lead the team to build enterprise models and ensure effective data integration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years' experience leading enterprise data teams and strategies
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure and data architecture
• Strong experience with enterprise platforms, integrations, and data analytics
• Proven success implementing or operating within a Scaled Agile or lean portfolio management environment
