Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Capture Quality Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming technical support incidents, service requests, and system changes
  • Manage personal and team ticket queues for timely resolution
  • Adjust product configurations and guide customers toward optimal product usage
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support, helpdesk, ERP support, or customer-facing support role
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system (preferred)
  • Proficiency in English and at least one additional language required
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive mindset
