Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Capture Quality Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming technical support incidents, service requests, and system changes
- Manage personal and team ticket queues for timely resolution
- Adjust product configurations and guide customers toward optimal product usage
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support, helpdesk, ERP support, or customer-facing support role
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system (preferred)
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional language required
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive mindset
