Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Capture Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Researches and resolves escrow disbursement discrepancies to ensure timely updates and payments
• Reviews and processes insurance documents requiring additional research for accuracy
• Enters and updates insurance data into the computer system while ensuring adherence to procedures

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum two years of data entry or customer service experience in a Mortgage or Banking environment preferred
• Basic understanding of mortgage escrow accounts or homeowners insurance
• Proficient computer skills and accurate keyboard skills
• Able to work flexible hours and perform sedentary activities for extended periods
