Data Center Acquisition Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Data Center Acquisition Manager, the successful candidate will manage the acquisition pipeline by engaging operators and landowners, negotiating term sheets, and overseeing the execution of standard transactions in the data center sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage operator and landowner counterparties to establish deal cadence and pull qualified sites from inventory
• Negotiate non-binding LOIs and term sheets, maintaining commercial positions through redline cycles
• Manage multiple concurrent negotiations and prepare deal term summaries and risk items for gate inputs

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of transaction execution experience in data center, commercial real estate, energy, or infrastructure
• Fluency in data center lease economics, including rate structures and delivery obligations
• Proven track record of closing deals under deadline pressure while managing multiple transactions
• Strong skills in term sheet drafting and negotiating with legal counsel
• Bachelor's degree required
