Job Summary

Supporting technical teams and vendors, the full-time Administrator (Tools & Automation) will assist with hardware issues in the data center, manage inventory updates, and provide remote support as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Assist technical teams and vendors with hardware issues in the data center
• Update and share inventory information with customers
• Provide remote support to technical teams as required

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience working in data centers
• Knowledge of network switches, servers, and storage devices
• Experience in customer management
• Flexibility in working hours and shifts
