Job Summary
To support data center and infrastructure projects, experienced attorneys will find flexible contract opportunities as a Data Center Attorney, working remotely with the option for part-time or full-time schedules while managing legal aspects of large-scale infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Negotiate and structure agreements related to data center buildouts, real estate transactions, and procurement for operations
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and related project documentation
- Advise on financing structures, tax incentives, and land use transactions while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of legal experience, particularly with large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proven experience in negotiating power-related agreements and commercial contracts for data center operations
- Strong background in drafting and negotiating construction and engineering service contracts
- Experience advising on complex lease arrangements and project finance components
- Excellent academic credentials and outstanding references
