Data Center BIM Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Center BIM Lead to support hyperscale Data Center projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage BIM models for MEP systems and data center components
• Maintain BIM/CAD standards, templates, and libraries for project compliance
• Collaborate with contractors and engineers for coordination and clash detection

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant CAD/BIM experience, including 3 years in BIM management
• Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Data Center experience preferred
• Familiarity with data center design criteria and industry standards
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
