Job Summary

Leading a team in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Manager of Data Center Capacity Management will optimize power, space, and infrastructure capacity across global data centers, focusing on capacity planning, auditing, and reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and lead comprehensive capacity planning across power, cooling, space, and availability
• Define and implement infrastructure capacity requirements and reporting benchmarks
• Oversee regular physical audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with SOC 2 and SOX requirements

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in data center capacity and power management
• Demonstrated experience optimizing power utilization within critical infrastructure environments
• Experience with DCIM software for capacity planning and inventory management
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure including power, cooling, and network systems
• Experience in personnel management and team development
