Job Summary

Managing a team to develop and identify new commercial opportunities, the full-time Data Center Commercial Manager will oversee daily operations, implement commercial strategies, and ensure client satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team members
• Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff to meet departmental goals
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth and manage client relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and enhance team performance
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Advanced math skills for financial calculations
